About your new role

Become the new Marketing Assistant in our Marketing Division, performing a variety of marketing and communication tasks aimed at growing the company brand profile and image. This unique position will see you working across all internal teams, as well as assisting in marketing efforts across our global offices.  This is a part-time role, working 2 - 3 days a week, offering flexibility to schedule your work hours/days around university/study commitments. This part-time opportunity has the potential to grow into a permanent position for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, communications and ideally an interest in the education sector. Experience using software such as Canva, TikTok, Instagram and similar design programs are essential. You will also have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference. 

A day in the team would look like:

  • Creating, editing, designing and writing social media content on a daily basis for either Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn platforms. 

  • Collaborate with the team to create social and video content

  • Collateral design, ensuring our brand identity is consistent  

  • Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas, define strategy, and be instrumental in bringing them to life 

  • Keeping up with the latest news and finding articles that would be good to share on platforms  

  • Ad-hoc duties and project marketing and communications initiatives 

  • Production of weekly and monthly newsletters 

  • Ordering and stocktaking company promotional materials
